We had a Halloween event this past Saturday so knowing that I can take advantage of any occasion to create something, I decided to decorate some brown bags I had in my cabinet to use as Trick or Treat bags.
I used ribbon, colored cardstock and trick or treat die cuts from Sizzix.
I am starting to make some Christmas Cards and decorations already. I am taking advantage of all of the Michaels coupons for sure! One example is this cute slade I found at Michaels, I painted it white and did some distress on the edges. I decorated it using ribbons, flowers and some bells.
Well, It is Friday!! I hope you are getting ready for the weekend, I am. I am still trying to recover all of my pictures that were deleted from my blog, but I haven't had too much luck. Today's card it is a very simple birthday card, using stars as the main embellishment. Perfect for a boy.
Well, After years of not logging in at all, yesterday, I decided to check out what you guys where up to. So I after checking some of you guys' blogs I decided to look at mine, and oh surprise! All of the photos on my posts (except 4 or 5) where blank, gone! I know now that I am not the only with this problem. I feel so sad about this, and the worst thing is that I don't know why it happened. I will have to start all over again, so here it is, my first "2 years of not taking care of my blog so now all of my photos are gone and it hurts" post. This is a shadow box I did for my friend Sonia's daughter.
I've been away for the longest time ever! Now that the kids are out of school here in TN I've been very busy spending time with them and enjoying the sunny days.
I just wanted to share this card with you, it is an old card, to be honest I have not step in my studio for a while.
This is a very simple card, the main ingredient here as you can see is the chipboard flowers, and some patterned paper, very simple and colorful, just the way I like it :-)
